Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 8, 2026
The short version
This website sets no cookies and shows no ads. For basic traffic measurement we use Umami, a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics service that counts page visits without setting a cookie, without giving you an identifier, and without tracking you across other sites — it is named below. Our fonts are served from our own domain, not a third party. We never sell personal information, and the only information you actively give us is what you type into the demo or partner form, if you choose to submit one — that goes to our CRM, HubSpot, which is also named below.
The rest of this page is the detail behind those sentences. If anything below ever stops matching what the site actually does, the page is the thing that's wrong — tell us.
1. Who we are, and what this covers
SolvePoint Solutions, LLC (“SolvePoint,” “we,” “us”) operates this website at clearvueplatform.com and the ClearVue software platform.
This policy covers this website only — the pages you are reading now.
It does not cover the documents, records, and quality data our customers store inside the ClearVue platform (“Customer Data”). That information belongs to the customer and is governed by their subscription agreement and our Data Processing Agreement — not by this page. We process Customer Data solely to provide the platform, and never for advertising or analytics. If you are evaluating ClearVue, ask us for those terms directly and we will send them.
2. What we collect
From reading this site: anonymous, aggregated usage statistics. There is no sign-up and no account. We use Umami, a cookieless analytics service, to see how many people visit, which pages are read, and roughly where visitors come from. On each page load it records the page address, the referring page, and general details of your browser, device, and country (derived from your IP address, which Umami does not store). It sets no cookie, gives you no identifier, and cannot recognize you on any other website — we use it to understand what's useful, not to build a profile of you.
If you submit the demo or partner form: your name, work email, company, company size, and whatever you write in the message field. That form posts directly from your browser to HubSpot, our CRM, and we use it to reply to you. We don't enrich it, append to it, or buy additional data about you.
If you email us: whatever you put in the email. You chose to send it, from your own mail program, and we use it to answer you.
Server logs. Our host, Microsoft Azure, records standard web-server logs when you load a page — including your IP address, the page requested, and your browser's user-agent string. This is ordinary infrastructure logging used for security and reliability. We do not use it to build a profile of you, and we do not connect it to anything else.
3. What we don't do
Stated plainly, because the absence is the point:
- No cookies. This site sets none. That's also why you aren't reading a cookie banner.
- Cookieless analytics only. We use Umami to count visits. It sets no cookie, gives you no identifier, and cannot track you across other sites. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording — and no way for us to tie a visit back to you personally.
- Minimal third-party requests. Fonts, styles, and images all come from our own domain. The only third-party request on a normal page load is to Umami, our analytics — and it carries no cookie or identifier. Nothing is sent to HubSpot unless you submit a form.
- No advertising or tracking networks. No retargeting, no ad cookies, no data brokers.
- No selling or renting personal information. Not now, and it isn't a business we're in.
4. Who else receives information
This is the complete list. If we ever add another, it appears here in the same change that adds it.
| Who | What they receive, and why |
|---|---|
| Microsoft Azure Website hosting (Static Web Apps) | Standard server logs, including IP address, for security and reliability. |
| Umami Privacy-focused, cookieless website analytics | When you load a page: the page address, the page you came from, and general details of your browser, device, and country. Umami derives the country from your IP address but does not store the IP, sets no cookies, assigns you no persistent identifier, and does not track you across other sites. The data is aggregated and never used for advertising. |
| HubSpot Our CRM — receives demo and partner form submissions | Only what you type into the demo or partner form: your name, work email, company, company size, and message. Nothing is sent to HubSpot if you never submit a form. |
| Microsoft 365 Our email (Exchange Online) | Whatever you choose to put in an email to us — nothing if you never write to us. |
Beyond those, we may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety. If SolvePoint Solutions, LLC is ever acquired or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction — we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
5. How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and email correspondence for 24 months after our last exchange with you, then delete it — unless you become a customer, in which case records are kept for the life of the relationship and any period our legal and tax obligations require. Server logs are kept on our host's standard schedule.
24 months is deliberate: long enough to be useful across a real manufacturing sales cycle, short enough to be an actual limit. “Forever” is not a retention policy. (Customer Data retention is set by the subscription agreement, not by this page.)
6. Your rights
Email us at info@solvepointsolutions.com and we will access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or tell you what we have. We'll respond within 30 days.
We offer this to everyone who asks, wherever you live — we don't make you prove you're covered by a particular statute first. We're a small US company and the honest position is that we hold very little about anyone: a form submission or an email thread, usually. Asking us to delete it costs you one email and costs us nothing.
You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by writing to the address above.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. The ClearVue platform is hosted on Microsoft Azure and uses encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, and we won't pretend otherwise — but the strongest protection on this website is structural: it collects almost nothing, so there is almost nothing to lose.
8. International visitors
This site is hosted and operated in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, the limited information described above is processed in the United States, and by the third parties named in section 4 wherever those providers operate.
9. Children
This site sells industrial compliance software to manufacturers. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
10. Links to other sites
This site links to our corporate site and to third-party pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we don't operate.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Substantive changes — a new recipient of your data, a new category collected — will be described here rather than slipped in. We won't apply a material change retroactively to information already collected without telling you.
