An asset registry that attaches controlled documents — work instructions, calibration procedures, maintenance schedules — directly to each piece of equipment. Know exactly which procedure governs each asset, and when it was last followed.

Clause 8.1 asks you to plan and control the processes you use to deliver your products and services, and to keep enough documented information to be confident those processes ran as planned and that what you deliver conforms. Asset Compliance is planned to keep the documented information for each piece of equipment current, accessible and linked to the asset.
