ISO 9001 Clause 6.1: what the standard asks for, and where Risk Register will fit
Clause 6.1 asks you, when you plan your quality management system, to work out which risks and opportunities matter to it, decide what to do about them in proportion to their likely effect on what you deliver, build those actions into your processes, and plan how you will tell whether they worked. The Risk Register is planned to hold a record of risks, opportunities and the actions taken on them, and to feed ClearVue Insights for management review.
