ClearVue Train Advanced
Show who verified each person's competence, and when, with the record to hand an auditor.
ISO §7.2 competence: a competency matrix, training records, verification, recertification and effectiveness checks. The competence half of Train, where awareness becomes demonstrated, verified competence. It comes with Train on Growth and above.

- ✓ A re-verification ruling on the verification that currently qualifies a person suspends them until a verifier signs again; meanwhile an inspection that requires the competency treats them as not qualified, unless an interim allowance is in force
- ✓ An interim allowance: a recorded, reasoned decision that a person awaiting re-verification may still pass the Inspect qualification check, for up to 30 days per allowance. It is not a verification, and Train still shows them as needing one
ISO 9001 Clause 7.2: what the standard asks for, and where Train Advanced fits
Clause 7.2 requires you to determine the competence people need, make sure they have it, act where they do not and evaluate whether that action worked, and keep documented evidence. Train records the competence you determine, a signed verification by someone else, the action taken where competence is missing, the result of each effectiveness check you schedule, and the retained record. Whether that satisfies your certification body is for you and your auditor to judge.
